For shipping destinations located in Canada, please place your order on our Canadian website at strike-mvmnt.ca.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within the above noted time frame, please contact orders@strike-mvmnt.com.

We offer free delivery on all U.S. orders totalling $150 or more.

U.S. orders under $150:

$15 Flat Rate (3-6 business day transit time)
$28 Flat Rate Express (2-3 business day transit time)

Expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout. Prices and delivery times vary based on zip code and the size/ weight of the package.

At this time, all international orders (destinations outside of Canada and the U.S.) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and duties and taxes will not be displayed at checkout. Once the order lands in the destination country, payment of taxes and duties may be required to release the order from customs. Duties and fees vary by country and we have no control over how much they are. All applicable taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please provide a secure shipping address to receive deliveries. STRIKE MVMNT is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 

Shipments returned to STRIKE MVMNT as undeliverable will incur additional shipping fees to resend, original shipping fees will not be refunded and may incur a restocking fee.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link where you can track the shipments progress online.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Not at this time. If you input a PO Box address at checkout your order manages to process in our system, this will cause delays. You will be required to provide a physical address for us to send your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS, FEDEX and Postal Service. Shipping options are calculated a checkout based on package size, weight and location.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
If you need to make a change to your order please email orders@strike-mvmnt.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, then we will happily help, however we cannot guarantee requests for any order adjustments after orders are in fulfilment processing or have already been shipped. If you notice an error in your shipping address after your order has shipped please contact us as soon as possible and we will request that the shipping carrier redirect your package.

HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING AT STRIKE-MVMNT.COM?
Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders that exceed $150 after promotions are applied and before taxes.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER OR A DAMAGED ITEM?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is not as expected, please contact us within 48-hours of delivery to register the claim. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


RETURN-TO-SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If you decide to refuse your delivery or it is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to us. Once we receive the package back and your return is processed, we will deduct the total shipping charges incurred from your refund amount.

RETURN POLICY

For online orders purchased from www.strike-mvmnt.com, www.strike-mvmnt.ca or in-person at a STRIKE MVMNT retail location or pop-up, we accept merchandise returns on items that are in their original condition - clean, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact.

You have 28-days from the ship date of your order to return full priced items in their original condition for a refund or store credit. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Items discounted by 25%+ are non-refundable. Items discounted by 25%-49% may be returned for a store credit. Items discounted by 50%+ and/or marked as a Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

We accept merchandise returns within 28-days from order ship date on items that are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags and packaging intact. Any returned item(s) must be in a "sellable condition". Free of dirt, stains, scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells. All garments and footwear must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and/or shoebox.

Items discounted by 25%+ are non-refundable. Items discounted by 25%-49% may be returned for a store credit. Items discounted by 50%+ and/or marked as a Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

The shoe box must also be returned in its original state for your return to be accepted. Please do not mark, damage or use the shoe box as external packaging when shipping it back.

All returns must have an RA# (Return Authorization #) assigned prior to being shipped back. Returned items that do not have an RA# or show signs of wear or damage will be sent back to you and a refund or store credit will not be granted.

We guarantee the quality of every STRIKE MVMNT product. If any product fails due to manufacturers defect, we will replace it. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by negligence, improper care or accident.

Your refund or store credit will be issued after we receive and process your return. The assessment of the condition of the item(s) is at the discretion of STRIKE MVMNT. 

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs and/or duties paid are non-refundable

STRIKE MVMNT monitors returns to identify potential misuse. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing our policies.

To register your return and receive your RA# please email hello@strike-mvmnt.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return in the subject line.

We will reply within 48-hours with your RA# and shipping instructions.

Price adjustments are not available on items included in special and/or limited-time savings events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and/or Boxing Day. Discount codes and/or any other promotional offer may not be applied to a past or future order.
